Osceola Hydrocarbons Limited ("Osceola" or “the Company") is a new UK registered, private energy company focused on the development and production of primarily non-conventional hydrocarbon and renewable energy opportunities in the USA.

Osceola has acquired a portfolio of very strong projects in the USA with the potential to move into the development and production phases in the near term.  These projects include:

Revloc, Pennsylvania - Coal Bed Methane
Marcellus Shale, Pennsylvania - Shale gas
Marion Trenton, Indiana - Enhanced oil recovery
Shogun, Indiana - Conventional oil targets
Big Sky, Montana - Conventional oil/gas targets
Twin Buttes, Colorado - Conventional oil/gas targets
Solitaire, Colorado - Conventional gas targets



In addition, Osceola holds interests in several prospective international hydrocarbon licences.  These areas cover three distinct regions; onshore / offshore southern UK, offshore South America and two separate basins onshore / offshore North Africa and offshore East Africa.  A decision has been
made to divest these assets into Wessex Exploration Limited, a private UK registered company with similar assets.
